This grater tool is super easy to use and not only it is good for ginger but for garlic as well. As many know ginger comes in different sizes, so that is why I like the size of this tool. It lets you tackle different sizes of ginger! It is also easy to wash, is made of stainless steel which makes it heavy duty designed to last you many years. Since it does not have any pivot points, latches, or small parts there is no way for this tool to get rusty and/or break on you. I recommend this tool for any cook! :)
