Plantar Fasciitis is the most common causes of heel pain, which involves pain and inflammation. I sadly have plantar fasciitis :( I have tried many different things to try to fix/lessen the pain. I've tried using Kenisio tape, I have tried these cast/shoe looking contraptions that holds your foot in place. But none of them worked. So naturally I got excited thinking that this might work, boy was I mistaken. It was so difficult to not only put on, but to remove as well. And it was also very tight. Tighter than I think that it should have been. I definitely felt support in my foot for my arches, as well as my ankle. But sadly nothing in my heel area which is where all my pain is. Perhaps this isn't the right product for me, I can't say.
I was fairly unhappy with this product. I personally cannot recommend it, but like I mentioned it just might not be what I need. It definitely doesn't hurt to try out other alternatives like this one, especially if you have tried a few other things.
